If you're just talking Super Bowls and not NFL Championships (Pre-Super Bowl) the following teams make the list: Detroit Lions, Cleveland Browns (Cleveland sort of won a Super Bowl after moving from Cleveland to Baltimore to become the Ravens), Seattle Seahawks, Carolina Panthers, Jacksonville Jaguars, Minnesota Vikings, Buffalo Bills, San Diego Chargers, New Orleans Saints, Philadelphia Eagles, Atlanta Falcons, Arizona Cardinals, Cincinnati Bengals, Houston Texans, and Tennessee Titans. The old Los Angeles Rams did not win either, but they did win as the St. Louis Rams. The only teams to NEVER appear in a Super Bowl include: Detroit, Cleveland, New Orleans, Jacksonville, and Houston. The Cleveland Browns won NFL Championships in 1950, '54, '55, and '60. The Detroit Lions won NFL Championships in 1952, '53, and '57. These were before the league adopted the "Super Bowl" as its name for the NFL title.
