We can rule out Texas as there are no ski areas there. There are two ski areas in Missouri. One's near Kansas City, the other near St. Louis. If I HAD to choose one of the three, I would take Colorado - there are more and larger resorts.

I would choose Texas, since most Texans are busy skiing in Colorado. This way you can avoid the long lines at the lifts.
