* This question is designed to determine if the answerer knows that Colorado has mountains and snow.

--------

Colorado is more likely to have ski conditions, although many parts of Texas have mountains with snow at least part of the year. Other considerations (distance, crowds, expense) could also play a part in any travel decision.

We can rule out Texas as there are no ski areas there.

There are two ski areas in Missouri. One's near Kansas City, the other near St. Louis.

If I HAD to choose one of the three, I would take Colorado - there are more and larger resorts.

I would go to Alaska and ski and not mess around with the lower 48 states and ski lifts.
