You just need a fingernail brush and some powdered laundry detergent and you can do it yourself. If it is an autographed ball, you might be better served to leave it as it is.
No. It can be (a) "I have to have it cleaned" or (b) "I had to have it cleaned" or possibly (c) "I have to have had it cleaned" or even (d) "I had to have had it cleaned." (a) would indicate that you now need to clean it. (b) would indicate that at some time in the past you needed to clean it. (c) would indicate that you currently need it cleaned but it is too late to clean it now if it has not already been cleaned. (d) would indicate that at some time in the past there was a deadline by which you needed to clean it. In order to form an infinitive, the verb that immediately follows the word "to" must be in the present tense.
"Take the suit in the car and have it cleaned." - is understandable. But, "take the suit from (or out of) the car and have it cleaned" is better.
Personally, I would bring a few math problems with me, so that if I had to stay there very long, I would have something interesting to do.

Have it professionally cleaned. Or if you live in a very dry, windy place, just bring it outside and rinse it off.
You would need to have your draperies professionally cleaned if that is indicated on the label for the care of the draperies. Also if you feel that a professional cleaning would give you thebest results.
It would get dots on the screen if it had not been cleaned properly.

why would you ask this question?
Ran out of space ... I had a puppy two months ago. He had to be put down from parvovirus. We have had our carpets steam cleaned and I have bleached the carpets and all of the other surfaces in the house. The couch has also been steam cleaned. We have thrown out everything the puppy has touched including his crates, toys, blankets, towels, pillows, etc. We have also bleached all of our bedding and replaced our duvet cover etc. We would like to bring a new puppy home in two weeks so it would almost be 3 months since the puppy with parvo was in the apartment. The new puppy would have his first shot and we do not plan on letting him outside until he has his three vaccines - he will pee on a pee pad for the first few months until he is fully vaccinated. Can we bring a new puppy home?
You can bring back up to three conch shells as a personal import to the United States for non-commercial purposes, as long as they are properly cleaned and do not contain any living organisms.
