Well i went to the skateshop and they told me which ones i needed. But i recently went onto skateparkoftampa.com and found wheels that go with my board. The best answer id to go to the skateshop or ask a skater and wish for luck. Good luck!

it depends, you can't board on dirt with hard wheels but hard wheels are better for streets and skate parks
because when skate boards where invented they put bars on it then took two wheels off the skate board then could it a scooter

Most skaters are probably going to tell you Spitfire Wheels.
A skate board is typically a small wooden board with 4 wheels, used to perform stunts on land and is powered, in most cases, by being pushed along by the person riding it, a surfboard, however, has no wheels and is used most often in seas, oceans, or other large bodies of water, to perform tricks.
In inline skate wheels it is commonly Urethrane
If an object with wheels (or a round object) is on a level grade, and there is no force acting on it, it will not move.
about a mm but it makes a difference. If you ride super loose then bigger wheels will cause more "wheel bites" which is when the wheel hits the bottom of the board. I ride pretty loose so I like smaller wheels but its all in preference and what type of skating you will be doing most often.
