The sports were hawking, hunting, wrestling, weapons practive, foot races, dice games, horse races, checkers, chess, blind man's bluff, and chess were played by the noblity.2nd Answer:I think anyone could play sports in the Middle Ages, just as they can today. There was really very little in the way of restrictions except for sports like jousting, which were only open to knights.
