That depends on what you mean by NCAA. The Wisconsin Badgers have been to the NCAA Tournament 18 times. Their most recent appearance was in the Sweet Sixteen in 2012. The Badgers have not won the NCAA Tournament since 1941.
bama...hands down. 16 different teams at the same time for 3 years....18 consecutive years...some of the most egregious violations ever brought before the SEC. Bama NCAA violations make most other schools' look like jaywalkers.

Southern California has 26, which is the most. A mast majority of them coming in the 50s and before when they won 9 in a row, in the 30s and 40s, then 6 in a row in the 50s. There last championship was in 1976. Lately its been Arkansas with 9 since 1992, and Florida state has won 5 since 2004 however 3 of them were vacated due to rules infractions
