skill levels just mean how good you are while playing sport and types of skills are basically the type of skill needed for a particular sport.For example you need spee and agility to do competitive running.
Of course! You also need speed, stamina, and skill with the ball.
If you want to get around your defender you'll need to use AGILITY to do that. If you want stay with your opponent when your on defense, you'll need agility to stay with him
technically they could need agility as the gcse specification definition is: the ability to move AND change direction quickly (at speed) whilst maintaining control. therefore you must have agility to be able to move at speed whilst maintaining control otherwise you would just fall over your own feet!!
I know you need agility. If you go to career next to inventory you will see the skills you need to get promoted. also if you already have the skill and go to skills you will see a faint outline on that skill. It will show what level you should be on.
The "riches" are puzzles on the walls in the Ice Cave.. You need to have a certain skill level to do each (like Crafting, Woodcutting, or Agility). When you do them, you will be given extra experience in the skill.

Because if you have a higher agility level your run energy last longer and you regenerate faster when standing. High agility really help for training skill such as runecrafting which you need to run for long distances.

Reasons for choosing this component of fitness: As a striker you need quick feet to do skills and get past the players and to get back for the ball quickly.to have good agility players would be able to move quickly and precisely move and change directions without losing their balance.
It's probably very hard because you need skill,strength,agility,and lightning fast reflexes. (please note:this is an opinion)
