"Dandy" Don Meredith wore #17 and is a 3x Pro Bowl Quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys. He was a Pro-bowler in 1966, 1967 & 1968.
Eli Manning and Fran Tarkenton.
Paul Hornung of the Green Bay Packers wore number 5 in the first super bowl in 1967. I don't think he played in either game but Pittsburgh's backup quarterback for Super Bowls IX and X, Terry Hanratty, wore number 5.
WR Kevin Williams. Williams wore #85 for the Cowboys between 1993-1996. In Super Bowl XXX, he caught 2 passes for 29 yards and had 1 rushing attempt for 2 yards.
Doug Williams
Fullback Robert Newhouse wore the number in Super Bowls VI and XII.
Though many have worn number 24 for the Dallas Cowboys, only three significant players stand out -- All-Pro and Pro Bowl cornerback Everson Walls (1981-89), cornerback and Super Bowl XXX MVP Larry Brown (1991-95 -- Brown wore number 34 during his brief return to the Cowboys in 1998) and Pro Bowl running back Marion Barber III (2005-10).
Robert Lee
Punter Mike Saxon wore No. 4 for the Dallas Cowboys from 1985 to 1992. Placekicker Shaun Suisham wore the number during his first tour of duty with the Cowboys in 2005 and 2006.
Here is a list of Cowboys players who have worn No. 11 since 1960: 1. Don Heinrich, quarterback (1960). 2. Buddy Humphrey, quarterback (1961). 3. Sonny Gibbs, quarterback (1963). 4. Danny Villanueva, punter/placekicker (1965-67). 5. Bob Belden, quarterback (1969-70). 6. Danny White, quarterback, punter (1976-88). 7. Wade Wilson, quarterback (1995-97). 8. Mike Quinn, quarterback (1998-99). 9. Drew Bledsoe, quarterback (2005-2006). 10. Roy E. Williams, wide receiver (2008-2010). 11. Akwasi Owusu-Ansah, safety (2010). 12. Cole Beasley, wide receiver (2012-present).
Hall of Famer Dan Marino wore the 13 jersey for the Miami Dolphins. Marino can arguable be the best quarterback to play the game without a Super Bowl victory.
DB Mike Gaechter wore #27 for the Cowboys between 1962-1969.
Quarterback Daryle Lamonica wore the number for the Raiders from 1967 to 1974.
