It is Manchester United, and this year it will be New Castle United.

No. Arsenal Football Club have never been relegated from the Premier League.
In the 97-98 premiership season, all three promoted teams - Crystal Palace, Barnsley and Bolton - were relegated. Only once have all three teams stayed up - in 01-02 when Blackburn, Bolton and Fulham stayed up
No They have not been relageted from the Premireship they have been relagated from the premiership.
The club with the longest run in the top flight is Arsenal. They haven't been relegated from the top flight since 1919. Second is Everton & Third is Liverpool. The teams not relegated from the Premiership ever are Man Utd,Liverpool,Everton,Arsenal,Aston Villa & Tottenham. The Premiership has only been im existence since 1992. Inter MIlan in Italy have never been relegated from the top flight.Nantes in France.
If I am not wrong, Everton F. C. are the only ones to have never been relegated. Tottenham Hotspurs were never relegated from the Premiership League they never been in the bottom Three and top Four ARSENAL ALSO HAVE NEVER BEEN RELEGATED FROM ENGLANDS TOP FLIGHT. You're wrong about all of those 3. Everton and Arsenal have both, indeed, been relegated from England's to flight (Arsenal (as Woolwich Arsenal) in 1913, Everton in 1930 and again in 1951. It would be ridiculous to claim that Woolwich Arsenal and Arsenal weren't the same club. Tottenham fniished in the top 4 of the Premiership, er, last year.

No. I think I am right in saying that Arsenal are the only premiership club that has always been in the top division since WW2. Arsenal are a very consistent side. Arsene Wenger has been a very good manager for them over a long period of time now....
