Rims are the (usually) metal hoops that the tyres/tires sit on, and they too usually don't come with spokes. Wheels consist of hub, spokes, and rim when you buy them. To make them rideable you need to add tyres/tires and tubes.
I just received my new 2011 F350 Diesel and it had Michelin LTX AT/2 275/65R20's on it. Not a bad tire, however, I replaced with a larger set of Goodyear Duratrac tires that have been excellent so far.
You can find the cheapest tires in your area by checking local retailers. In some areas the tire company will come to you to fit the tires and will supply good quality tires at a cheaper price than many garages.
A good place to find info on any kind of tires is Pepboys. They have any type of tires and their cheap.I would also recommend Walmart but Pepboys is best.
