Clearing
The same way people do when they are playing ice hockey be use a ball not a puck the puck will flip on its side and makes it very hard to handle.
a puck
A hockey puck
THE PUCK, you play hockey to get the puck.
In hockey, icing is when a player shoots the puck from behind the center line all the way to the goal line on the opposite end and no one touches it. But, when the goalie touches the puck it doesn't count. However, during a penalty kill, icing is negated allowing the disadvantaged team to clear the puck (ball) all the way down the ice (floor) from any area. @joinanswers ##icing ##hockey ##hockeyloverz ##hockeyguys ♬ original sound - Answers.com
It means the puck is till being handled and the whistle has not blown to stop play.
In hockey you have 4 positions. Goalie, Center, Defense and Winger. Defense is frequently refered to as "d". A D to D to center breakout basically means: one defense gains control of the puck and passes it to the other defense (D to D). The center is now "curling" (basically heading up the ice, towards the offenseive end). The defense then passes the puck to the center (D to center).
Thanks for letting us know.
The hockey puck was invented so hockey players had something to shoot into the goal.
The Game of Ice hockey is played with a Puck.
