NASCAR is a pretty safe sport, but maybe not the safest. That is a matter of opinion, I say probably. But it just depends on the person you ask.

It depends on your definition of a sport, but in general, I would say running track is the safest. Golf I can't imagine Tiger saying he got an injured last year.
