about 600lb RAW
Reportedly 400 Lbs.
According to the World Powerlifting Organization, Ryan Kennelly bench-pressed 1075 lbs (489 kg) on November 8, 2008. This was with the allowed "bench shirt" aid, which increases the lifter's maximum press by as much as 50%. The world record recognized by the International Powerlifting Federation is by James "Hollywood" Henderson of the US (born April 9, 1965). His lift, the heaviest drug-tested raw bench press, was 711 lbs. (322.5 kg), on July 13, 1997 in Philadelphia, PA.
On most wrestling website, it said he could bench 555 lbs highest. I don't think he benched 555 lbs raw. As what most people said, 420 lbs sounds like his max bench press recorded. I would go with 420 lbs.
