Start out slow. Practice getting your foot up to your hand without moving your hand closer and then spinning around on her foot. Once you reach your starting position, kick out your back leg and land in the crouching position.

Once you've mastered that part, practice it over and over with getting your feet off the floor. You will fall more than once, but eventually you'll get it.

Also, get another instructor or someone who knows that kata to help you, or watch videos on YouTube of Sensei's performing the kata in demonstration videos or at tournaments,
