Bend your knees with your arms out twist entire upper body to one side and bring your arms around bring your arms in as though you are hugging a stuffed animal and strighten your legs. you will spin faster if your legs are straight and your arms are in.
When you begin to spin in figure skating, you would begin with a two foot spin. You then would move onto a one foot spin. A basic spin that beginners learn next is called the scratch (or crossfoot)spin. As you become more advanced, the difficulty of spins becomes harder. Sit spins, Camel spins, Laybacks, and Back (scratch) spin are more of the basic of those harder spins and to create a combination spin, you combine basic spins with variations.Types of spins: there are many variances in spins - with different positioning of hands and free leg. Then there is combination spins which has the skater changing position, change of foot, change of edge, which leaves the door open to various spins.Types of spin:· Attitude spin· Biellmann Spin - variance - half-Biellman Spin, One-handed Biellman spin· Basic camel spin· Basic one-foot spin· Basic sit spin· Basic two-foot spin· Butterfly spin· Broken leg sit spin· Cannonball spin· Corkscrew also know and Crossover Spin· Corkscrew sit spin· Death drop also know as flying open Axel sit spin· Dounghnut spin also know as horizontal Biellmann· Flying camel spin· Flying sit spin· Illusion spin· I Spin· Layback Spin - variance - Catch foot layback spin also know as haircutter· One leg spin· Pancake spin· Scratch spin - variance - back scratch· Side-by-side shotgun spins· Shotgun spin· Y spin - ankle hold - variance Y-spin - skate hold

It took me about one or two months to learn the kickflip. The hardest part is learning how to land it. It only took about 12 days to learn to heelflip after learning to kickflip, because the hardest part about both of them is just learning how to land the trick (Once you are comfortable with spinning the board all the way over, concentrate on lifting your back foot up.) You land them about the same way, you spin the board, lift up your legs, let it spin, and land it. It doesn't take very long to learn how to flip the board, so all I had to was learn to spin the board with a heelflip. It doesn't really matter which one you learn first, they are very similar. I think you should learn the kickflip first, but that's just because to me kickflips are easier to do. I think they are easier to spin. The hardest part is just learning to land it, once you can land one of the tricks, you've basically just learned both of them. You just have to learn how to spin the other one. Make sure when you try to spin a heelflip, that you are dragging your foot up, and flicking it off at the concave. When you are trying to spin a kickflip, make sure you are flicking off the concave also and that you are flicking out and not down. If you flick down you will slam the board into the ground. Make sure and don't flick too hard when doing a kickflip. This will cause your board to shoot out away from you. You just want to go out a few inches past the concave, and do it lightly. If you have any other problems just let me know and I'll see if I can help you! :)

for a front side rodeo you are going to throw your back shoulder towards your front foot. for a back side rodeo throw your front shoulder towards your back foot. these two tips should initiate your spin. from there you should perfect this spin on a trampoline to ensure that you can complete the full 540 degree rotation on the snow.
The two best ways to learn about God is by reading the bible and by joining a church for bible study.
could be the clutch is slipping, if it has a hand clutch or if it has a automatic foot shifter there is a clutch, actually TWO clutches with the automatic foot shifter type.
The two rotors spin in opposite directions.
Spin degeneracy refers to the multiple possible configurations of electron spin in a given energy level in an atom. Each electron in an atom can have one of two spin orientations, either +1/2 or -1/2. This results in a spin degeneracy of two for each energy level.
A figure skate can spin because there are two "edges" on your blade. an inside edge and an outside edge. that is what helps you spin : )
