i would say to help her out make her something to drink or eat lend her a sympathetic ear and give her comfort and a hug. That works with my mum.
Yes i think that is the best way to cheer yourself up. It always works for me!
Just try to cheer them up or try to stay out of the way. They will get over it in about a week or two:)
Well, whenever my Mom is sad or mad or stressed, I'll ask how her day was, if there is anything I can do to help, or compliment her in some way... hope this helps!!(:
Cheer them up in the best way you know how. Sometimes you just got to let em be. I get manic depression and it's frustrating to try to tell people what's wrong with me. Ask them what's wrong anyways. Don't be annoying, be there.
Cheer leading trust me. It's way more fun I had the same problem and cheer leading is the best choice. And I got in better shape and lost more weight believe it or not
Bis is to cheer in spanish or venga also means to cheer these are the ways to cheer or encore in spanish and not the way to say cheer meaning cheer up

There are many ways to cheer someone up. Sometimes, the best way to cheer someone up is to listen to them, as allowing them to speak about their troubles or problems with someone is often relieving. Being optimistic and patient with some will soon put them in a good mood when they see that you are trying your best.
This phrase is a playful way to encourage someone to feel better or be happy. The image of "tripping over your lower lip" is exaggerated and humorous, meant to suggest that staying sad or upset might lead to a clumsy or awkward situation. Overall, it's a lighthearted way of telling someone to cheer up.
i have been in this position many times and the way i try to cheer myself up is think your problem through and think have you done anything wrong? if you have then its ok aslong as you face the consequences but the best way to cheer yourself up if your feeling down is discuss your feelings and thoughts to someone.

You have a best friend so they can support you and cheer you up when you're down. It is also the other way round for that is the key rule of having a lasting friendship.
