probally durro mesh is the best lacrosse stringing for an attack player because it has the most control and the best shot
I play both attack and defense and I have found that the best stick to use in general is a harrow stick. I have the tapered shaft. In my opinion, it is the best for both attack and defense.
the bamshaft it is made of bamboo its 180$

stx crux10 10degree head with stx ripple shaft
Right Now its the warrior Noz for the head and the warrior krypto Karbon for the shaft
Wrap tape around the top of the shaft to however much more thicker you need. The best tape to use is electrical.
I would say the Reebok 10K O-tech shaft because it has 5 holes in it which reduce drag for a faster shot, shaft material is strong, and has good grip.
I would go with the orange crusher (terrible name). The best part is that it has a life time warrenty.
The warrior warpath or the brine rocket are cheap and dependable
It's all opinion, but here's my choices: Best Light-Weight Shaft----- Scandium Pro Best Smooth Shaft----------- Sc-Ti Pro Best Gripped Shaft----------- Swizzle Worst Shaft----------- AL 6000 Pro. I guess beginners can use it though. There's many more good shafts but this is what comes to mind for me. Scandium Pro is good but for less $$$ and the same great befits of scandium you can get a Rainier Lacrosse Scandium Elite. It's new to the market but after 3 games I'm still loving it!!
It really depends on how you like the stick. There are specific attack heads but also some that can be used for all positions. It depends on what works best for u
The best d pole is for a beginner is the brine f15 for an intermidate is stx summit grip and expert stx sc ti pro
i hear the brine clutch is very good for attack and midfield and it is very reasonably priced. get the first clutch though its the best
I perfer a solid wood goalie shaft! It's heavy so you keep your stick low, and I find it easier to hold on to. Not to mention when your checking your posts you dont dent your stick. Comes down to personal preference then! I prefer a attack shaft for a goalie stick. It is smaller and easier to handle than a regular goalie shaft. You can swing faster when it is on the opposite side and I just find it overall better than a regular goalie shaft
the best lacrosse gloves are the mac daddies
maverick wonderboy shaft with any of the following heads: clutch, super power/proton power, or reebok 9k
i play attack and i have the maverik zoom attack arm guard. i think they are the best arm guard out there. theyre mad comfy and have gr8 protection. i think the stx cells are really good too.
there are many good lacrosse heads. attack- evo, evo 2.0, etc. with the evos. middie- proton power. defence- revo, super proton power. I'm sure there is more but these i think are the best.
warrior for the shaft and personally i like the helix head If you don't feel like paying a premium for the brand name Rainier Lacrosse is your solution! Just found this new company out of Seattle awesome price for a kick'n scandium shaft. Free shipping and a T-shirt was a plus too :)
Storm lacrosse in utah
For a girl, I started out with an STX Racy. There pretty cheap, and lightweight. It depends on whats most comfortable for the player.
