Well since anywhere from 6-9 minute mile is good (under 6 is no less than amazing; more than 9 minutes is not so good) 6 x 2.5 = 15, 9 x 2.5 = 22.5. So to answer your question i would say, technically, anywhere around 20 minutes would be adequate. I personally think that because of exhaustion 20-25 would be good, under is very good more is ok. I can run 2.5 miles in around 20 minutes.
that is a good time. i am a twelve year old boy and i ran my fastest Mile in 5:30 Wow 5:30 nice job, any tips...
A squirrel can run a mile in approx. 25 minutes
(.25 miles / 3 minutes) * (60 minutes / 1 hr) = (.25 * 60)/3 = 5 mph If you run a quarter mile in 3 minutes, your average speed is 5 mph.
This would be an average speed of 8.1 miles per hour.
You get the average speed during that time. If you run 25 kilometers in 10 hours, your average speed is .25 km/hour.
About 25-35 minutes.
about 2.5 to three minutes A fit teenager should do it in around a minute
It depends ... If you're a beginning runner, then a 12 or more minute mile is somewhat average. There are many female runners who can run a mile in less than 5 minutes. Are you running for weightloss or for a personal best? If you were to take an AVERAGE of 100 female runners of any level, it would probably be between 7.5 and 9 minutes.
whokabe okaba posting a time of 2:24 in the 1600M run. That's an average speed of almost 25 MPH!!!. Uh dude.. 1600M run is almost an exact mile and that record is like 3:26..
Much depends on the condition and experience of the runner. On average, a mile will take anywhere from 10 and 12 minutes for a person in reasonably good health to run.
About 30-40 minutes (10-13 min/mile) is pretty much average for a runner over age 40.
It takes me about 45 minutes, but others can do it in about 25 minutes.
