A middie in lacrosse plays both sides of the field, they can go on both sides , they play offence when their team was the ball and defense when the other team has the ball
The pylons in lacrosse is the "box". The box is where you substitute players going on and off the field.
What i do is get a traditional lacrosse stringing kit. Put 2 leathers into the ends of the mesh and lace the sides traditionally.

Normally the lacrosse head is screwed into the shaft. You can therefore use a screwdriver to unscrew the screw connecting the head to the shaft. once the screw is removed you will be able to remove the head from the lacrosse shaft
