It's really the same as normal tumbling.......cartwells, somersault, backhand springs, tucks, back bends, kickovers, back-bend kick over etc etc i speck from personal experience I am a cheerleader myself
backhandspring tuck layout... NEED TUMBLING
jumps, tumbling, cheers, being sharp, and dancing
The best cheerleader is not the one person with the best jumps, the most advanced tumbling, or the sharpest motions... THE BEST CHEERLEADER IS THE TEAMPLAYER WITH THE MOST POSITIVE ENERGY, SMILES, AND SPIRIT

HANNAH MICHELE STRICKLAND. She is a Middle School cheerleader at North Florida Christian School. She is AMAZING . She is only twelve years old and her jumps are already hyper extended, she has tumbling, and she is just plain good. Now that is a true statement!
A tumbling girl is referred to as a gymnast or even a cheerleader. Tumblers train very hard and are very talented. It takes a lot of practice and work to be able to do flips and things. I really recommend gymnastics if you are interested in tumbling. It's a very athletic sport that keeps you in shape. AND not many people can do it, so its pretty coool too! :)
Of course not! I am a cheerleader and I do not tumble. But during tryouts you get more points and have a better chance of making the squad if you do ! Also a tumbler can be a great asset to the team! But hey, everyone can't do everything! You can be the most spirited! Good luck In cheerleading:)
STRETCH , is number 1 ! espeicially if your a flyer, you will need to be pretty flexible. And 2 ; search youtube for videos on formations for tumbling, and basic formations like a high V... Trust me, it works :)
Kiara Knowlin. She went to worlds for tumbling and went to world for cheerleading. Coledges have been scouting her since she was 7. There is this one girl. I cannot think of the name now but if you go on youtube and type in "Best cheerleader on the planet?" she is pure amazing with her tumbling, jumps, dancing, cheering, and stunting. She is being questioned as to whether she is the best. Colleges were wanting to recruit her at the young age of 11!

of course you can you can, but you really have to be able to learn quick. because at 18 you are going off to college, and if you wanna make the college team you have to be able to tumble. (tumbling is back handsprings, fulls, etc.) and if you're a new cheerleader, chances are you can't tumble. which means you gotta learn all that quick before you tryout for a team
