well u just fall haha idk do u mean a spra or pancake.... spra u dive out with one leg higher than another ( shorter leg is bent, higher leg is stragiht) n u try to pass or pancake it n roll over and do a backwatds roll and get up. a pancake is diving out bent leg and straight leg and put one hand on the ground,straight, like your giving the ground a high five and the other hand is just like on the side or something

You cannot safely dive with a broken bone. If it is a leg bone, it could be very hard to swim during scuba diving. If you have a broken arm bone, you could have trouble getting out of something if you get stuck. It is really unsafe to dive with a broken bone. When I got SCUBA certified, I learned never to dive with a broken bone, and to stay out of the water.
