My daughter is eleven she does 200m in just under thirty seconds (best in her grade) and so for you a great run is twenty fiveish. My daughter is not a great sprinter she is second best and she does fifteen seconds for 100m but if you are really good you should be able to do thirteen or fourteen (on esecond difference in 100m is a lot)! Good luck
To me a good time would be 14-15 seconds.
around 30 seconds

i ran a 24.7 200 in state and got 4th so.. and if you run under a 12 in the 100 meter dash that's pretty good, i run a 12 flat.
In the 1936 Games in Berlin, Jesse Owens won gold medals in the 100 meter dash, 200 meter dash, 4x100 meter relay, and long jump.
Yes. She won three gold medals at the 1988 Summer Olympics (100 meter dash, 200 meter dash, 4x100 meter relay) and still holds the world record for the 100 meter dash and 200 meter dash.
it depends on the age group. 15 seconds is a decent time for a grade school 100 meter dash, but it would be a decent time for a high school 200 meter dash.

for boys a good time would probably be 5:15 to 6:30 and for girls it would be 6:15 to 7:45
Wilma Rudolph did not participate in the mile run. She was a sprinter who specialized in the 100 meter dash and the 200 meter dash.
