If you mean cartwheel as in the gymnastics move, then it is very easy to do a cartwheel. Begin by putting your hands on the ground and kicking over. Then, as you get more comfortable, try starting without your hands already on the ground. Make sure to keep you legs straight! Also, a good cartwheel ends facing the opposite way then turning.
