There are five ways this could go. It all depends on where the ball exited the field.
If the ball exits across his goal line, below the cross bar, and between the goal posts, then it is a goal for your team and his team restarts with a kick-off.
If the ball exits across his goal line, and not in the goal, then it's a corner kick for your team.
If the ball exits across the touch line, then it's a throw in for your team.

if the ball is touched in fair territory by any object that the player brings with them onto the field is ruled a fair ball no-matter where it lands!
If it goes into foul territory before it passes 1st or 3rd base, it's a foul ball. Just like a grounder or bunt that starts fair and rolls foul. If it goes into foul territory past the base it is a fair, live ball.
Fair. If the ball hits the bag [base] first then goes foul it is fair
It is a dead ball ball goes to other team.
The batted ball must first either land in fair territory, be touched while in fair territory, or go over the outfield fence in fair territory to be determined a fair ball. Any ball that is fair before the 1st or 3rd base bag and goes foul without being touched is a foul ball, however, a ball that goes past 1st or 3rd and is fair can then go into foul territory and still remain a fair ball
A ground ball its fair. A fly ball is foul.
Absolutely nothing. As far as the rules are concerned, a bat on the ground is the ground and therefore is played normally, unless the bat was thrown on the field in an attempt to keep it fair
it will be ruled fairAnswerIt it rolls fair before third base an no one's touched it before it does, it's a fair ball. It would be foulfurther clarification:If the ball hits or rolls into 3rd base it would also be a fair ball
According to MLB rule 7.08(f) "A runner is out when ... He is touched by a fair ball in fair territory before the ball has touched or passed an infielder. The ball is dead and no runner may score, nor runners advance, except runners forced to advance." Since the ball is dead the instant it touches the runner, where it goes afterwards is irrelevant.

Fair ball the rubber is part of the playing field.
Home plate is considered fair territory. Thus, if the ball hits home plate AND then never leaves fair territory, it remains a fair ball. However, if the ball hits home plate, and afterwards goes into foul territory before leaving the infield, then it is a foul ball.
