the knee that you put under your other leg
You do not.
In soccer, shin guards protect your knee. In volleyball, knee pads protect your knee. In basketball, your kind of on your own for protecting the knee. In softball, long socks might help you out, but not entirely.
I think you release when your hand gets at your knee
That is probably not a good idea. Have you considered softball?
Either hits or homeruns
You should be able to go to any major sporting goods store in your town and be able to find them.
Without going into detail, the reason the knee "jumps" when the doctor hits it is because of a reflex.
yeahh, they have alot more padding that softball knee pads. volleyball players have to be protected while their diving onto their knees and such. softball players (mostly only the younger ones wear knee pads) dont need as much padding on their knees because although they dive and slide, it is usually not onto their knees. gym floors are also alot harder and hurt worse than the ground (i know from experience! lol)
Depends on who hits it.
It's something that goes on or below the knee on the leg that you bend when you slide into home plate.
when someone hits the softball and and the person on first, second, and third base has to run tothe next base
well i have a friend name steffy and she is on my softball team and she pitches at about 55 miles an hr. she is skarry good i got hit and she almost dislocated my knee

Grounder, line drive, and pop up
An average 10 year old girl hits a softball about 15 to 25 feet.
Batting average in softball is the number of hits divided by the number of at bats. Walks are not calculated as at bats or hits, as well as hit by pitches. A reached on error counts as an at bat, but does not count as a hit.
creatine phosphate energy system is what softball players use for homeruns and batting...
It depends on the Ump. (umpire) different umps have different zones. The average zone is from you shoulder to your knee. -Marina20
In baseball, it is when a player hits a single, double, triple and home run (in any order, but if in that order a natural cycle)in the same game, so it is probably the same thing in softball. It is the same in softball as well.
