To kill the ball making in it a deadball
A deadball in basketball is when someone who is dribbling the ball, stops dribbling. That person is just stuck in that spot until a teammate comes to retrieve the ball. You can only be "dead" for 5 seconds with a defender on you.
It would be a fair ball.
Since the pitcher's plate, or rubber, is in fair territory, it is a fair ground ball. However, if the ball subsequently goes into foul territory inside 1st or 3rd base before being touched by a player or umpire and comes to rest in foul territory, or is touched while in foul territory, it is a foul ball.
It is a ball that has been hit more than three times.
its called t-ball instead of having a pitcher you hit off of a little stick with a whole on the top so the ball stays.
Home plate is in fair territory.
Home plate is foul territory unless the ball rolls in front of the plate and stays fair. If the ball bounces off the plate and strikes the batter; it's a dead ball.
Fair ball.
Slow pitch softball has "closed bases," which means the runners cannot leave their base until the ball reaches the plate. But they can steal then.
If the ball stays in fair territory, then everything is like a normal bunt. But if the ball is bunted into foul territory on a third strike, then the batter is automatically out.
you can steal home plate, you can be on 3rd when it is bases loaded and you are forced to go to home plate or you can be on 3rd and run to home plate when the ball is hit
