The sp1, because it has a regulator.
It really depends on your position but here would be the best for them: Frontplayer: light quick speedball gun like an ego or impulse midplayer: well balanced gun like: X7 phenom, Sp1, tm15 Backplayer: something that can lay down serious fire like: dual A5's sniper: the most accurate gun on the market is the first strike t4 and the Spec ops Longbow

The SP1 is the better marker. For nearly the same price you get a better valve (spool valve) a regulator, full auto electronics, a better feed neck, and an in general better marker. The only advantage to the A5 is the cyclone feed, which shoots faster than a regular hopper, by using excess CO2. It also does not feed as fast as the sp1 can shoot an has a tendency to jam in the winter without squishy paddles.

The Sp1 will be more accurate if they both have the same barrel and paint. It comes with a regulator, which dramatically increases consistency and accuracy. Lastly It has an actual velocity adjuster, not just a screw that goes through the air path. However while Regulator and Velocity adjuster do effect accuracy, the effects of valves have been shown many times to be within 2% of each other. Having a consistent Paint to barrel match is the key to accuracy.
