The GA can go in the middle third and their teams shooting third. They are allowed in the shooting circle to shoot and can run out for the centre pass. They play against the oppositions GD (goal deffense) and it is one of the most important positions in Netball.
Goal Defence
Goal attack
it means Goal attack
GA can go in the attacking third, the centre third and their goal circle.
The Goal Defence (GD) in netball is on the Goal Attack (GA). The GD position is to defend the ball and try to get as many turnovers as possible and defend the GA when she has a shot a goal.
on a court there are 7 players on each team- center (C), wing attack (WA), wing defence (WD), goal attack (GA), goal defence (GD), goal shooter (GS) and goal keeper (GK)7 on the court per team. So that's 14 people on the court at a time.
There are 7 players on a netball team; C, WA, GA, GS, WD, GD, GK Hope that helps:)
there is no CA in netball. the positions are GK, GD, WD, C, WA, GA,GS. I am guessing you meant GA so this position you shoot for goals like the GA but can run 2/3 of the court ( youre position is mixed between a GS and a WA)
To score goals and to work in and around the circle with the GA
well GA is goal attack therefore you are a shooter. unlike goal shooter you can move to the centre third though
Goal Attack(GA) and Goal Shooter(GS)
