Try and get in a good team somewhere near you not teams like madrid or barcelona but teams that you play in jounier league or senior league. Then to be selected make sure that the team you are in has a scouting network. With the scouting network some people who work for it select you to go in the academy team. Then the academy team you are in is sent to some place abroad and you vs youth teams like BARCELONA B OR Manchester Utd B and if you are good the coaches of the youth teams select you and if you develop to be a good player they might even put you in the actual squad.
