The 2008 F1 British Grand prix was held on July 6th 2008 in the Silverstone Circuit, England. Heiki Kovaleinen of McLaren Mercedes started on Pole but Lewis Hamilton of McLaren Mercedes won the race. Nick Heidfeld of BMW Sauber finished second and Rubens Barrichello finished third in a Honda.
