Depends what you mean by the "same" year.
Baseball regular season beings in April and ends in October, so it is very clear what "year" in which a baseball team has won a Word Series.
NFL seasons USED to end before January, but now the seasons continue into February. Super Bowl XLVI, for example, was played on 2012 February 5.
So, if the New York Yankees win the World Series this fall, did they win the WS the SAME year as the New York Giants (who don't play in New York City) or in the year AFTER the Giants won?
If you say the season that has now begun is the "2012" season, and the winner of the Super Bowl, to be played on 2013 February 3, is the winner of "2012" Super Bowl, then we have only one examples of this: 1979 Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers
The New York Jets won the Super Bowl on 1969 January 12, which, by the above reasoning, would be the "1968" Super Bowl; and the New York Mets won the World Series that fall. If you say the Jets won the "1969" Super Bowl (because, after all, it WAS played in 1969), then you can say the Jets and the Mets won both in the same year.
The Steelers also won the Super Bowl in January of 1979, so they count by either system.

Deion Sanders appeared in the 1992 World Series with the Atlanta Braves. He also played in Super Bowl XXIX with the San Francisco 49ers and Super Bowl XXX with the Dallas Cowboys.
1969 World Series
Deion Sanders played in Super Bowl XXX for the Dallas Cowboys and the 1992 World Series for the Atlanta Braves.
The World Series is held each year in October. The team with best four out of seven games is the winner. The Super Bowl is held each year in February.
There are actually 3 teams that have never made it to the World Series. They are the Seattle Mariners, the Texas Rangers, and the Washington Nationals.
