When you drink, you organism starts to work, so you get tired even faster. Don't drink,First of it's bad for your heart to drink while exercising, second, you don't get tired so fast.
Professional Soccer players never drink water, in practices or games. They spit the water out, they drink water only to rinse their mouse from the sticky saliva.

because cardiovascular endurance is the most important component of fitness in soccer. a tough 90 mins of a game will require lots of energy. so if a player never gets tired in the full game and tries his hardest and will play very good and prob become the man of the match and that will show excellence!
There is no record or document that tells who invented soccer. Therefore no one knows. I think it wasn't on specific person, but a group of people looking for a new game to play. Perhaps they were young school boys tired of playing the same game every single day. I even heard the first soccer balls were actually inflated pig livers- gross.
