Practise the control of the ball such as bump, set, spike and of course always your serve.
Serve over the net, and then go lie down where the ball hits. If the ball hits another player, then the player lying down must get up and go serve, and the player who hit her lies down where the other player previously was. If the ball is served into the net or out of bounds, everyone must get up and start to serve again. The object of the game is to get everyone on the team to lie down on the other side of the court. If you also want to practice how well they do under pressure, you can set a clock for a certain amount of time and make the object to get everyone lying down in the amount of time you have set, and if they don't, they must do 15 pushups, run 5 laps, ect.

Strategies to maximize scoring opportunities include effective serving, strong teamwork, good communication, and smart positioning on the court. Players can also use tactics such as setting up plays, varying their shots, and exploiting the opponent's weaknesses to increase their chances of scoring.
