A response trigger helps with shooting faster, and can be used in full auto.
An E trigger makes it shoot faster, but is not very useful for the majority of games.

There are actually one in the same. There was never an orginial "model 98" only the custom series. The difference though would be found in the Tippmann 98 custom Platinum series with its easy to remove body.
No, only a Tippmann A-5 comes with a cyclone feed standard. However a Cyclone can be purchased that will fit the 98 Custom.
