Regardless of height, you should consider getting fit for your set. Most of the big Golf stores will do it if they think that you are . If you're over 6'2" (like me), it's more important. I use Hogans, but any decent club can be extended at the shop or ordered from the factory to be a bit longer.

Also, don't forget your grips. If you have big hands like I do, you may need grips to match.

If your clubs are too long, you'll have a tendency to hit the grass with the heel of your club. Too short and it'll be the toe. Both of these effect your accuracy, and more so from the rough. If your grips are the wrong size, it can effect the break of your wrists, causing the club face to open or close unpredictably.

Yes, you can purchase clubs made for tall men.

Should a tall lady buy men's clubs?

Length isn't the only factor. Men's clubs are heavier and have less loft. A tall lady could consider lengthening ladies clubs also. If she has a fast swing speed then maybe mens clubs would be a better option.

Should a teenage boy begin playing golf by using women's clubs?

Club ChoiceThat's probably a good idea. The shafts will be shorter and more flexible than a standard men's set. They're also less likely to have he-man lofts, like nine degree drivers, but might have sensible clubs like maybe a seven wood. All of these things will better fit a person of less height, strength, and skill. Answer by FutureLPGAgolferYeah, I'd say that's a good idea also. Graphite lady shafts are a good choice for beginners. But if he has had a little bit of experience in golf then men's graphite shafts are good enough.

Are men's graphite golf clubs appropriate for a 5'7'' female?

Yes, i would say that you would be able to play with these. 5'7'' is relatively tall for a lady, and would easily be the height of some men. The lighter shafts would be ideal, and help you get the ball in the air. If you like the feel of the clubs, but feel they are too long, you can easily get them cut down by an inch or even two.

How do you make the necessary corrections for subject-verb agreement?

If the subject is singular, you need a singular verb. If the subject is plural, you need a plural form of the verb.Example : "The man with the golf clubs plays golf every day." = singular noun subjectExample : "The men with the golf clubs play golf every day." = plural noun subject. If the subject and verb don't agree eg The man playgolf. Then you need to change the verb - The man playsgolf - or the subject - The men play golf

Can you use women's golf clubs in men's high school golf?

Yes, there is no problem with this. Women's club are very light with very whippy shadfts and the club heads have a lot more loft than mens' clubs. All these help get the ball in the air easier. They are also a little shorter, as generally women aren't as tall as men. Another problem with ladies clubs is the grips are very thin, and too small for a man with average size hands. Ladies clubs are not really built for distance, so you may be better with mens clubs. If I could offer you a suggestion. Simply get mens' clubs that suit you. If you are small height wise- you could get custom fit, in this process the right shaft would be found for you, as well as a club head with a reasonable loft for you. The lie angle can also be adjusted to allow you to get the best from your clubs. If you struggle getting the ball in the air, you could get a whippy shaft, and even get loft added to the irons.

What is the difference between senior's golf clubs an mens golf clubs?

As a general rule, women's clubs are shorter, lighter, and have more flexible shafts then men's clubs. Sometimes the color of the grips (powder blue, etc.) or the model name (Annika Sorenstam, etc.) may give it away. However, anyone can have clubs custom made to any length, weight and shaft flex so the general rule is just that...general. GOLF IS MAD:)

Who can I rent golf clubs from?

When you go to a golf club or driving range it is most likely that they will have a few sets of clubs for rental. You may though be able to borrow some off your friends if that golf club does not have any. It is a good source of income for golf clubs as some tourists show up and just decide they'd like to play that club, and they don't have their clubs with them. There are also online rental sites like GolfClubsAway.com that rent clubs at very low rates, deliver them to your hotel or golf course and pick them up.Another on-line rental service that I've had great success with is clubhub.com. They'll ship premium TaylorMade clubs (for free) to your hotel, golf course, or fedex location anywhere in the continental U.S. Pricing ends up less than two-way baggage fees and you can choose from men's/women's, long/regular, etc.

A golf club is 1 meter long?
