Has a Middie, you only really need to know two lines- The midfield line where the face-offs will take place, and the four lines that outline the field and if you step over those then you're out of bounds. Around each goal is a crease which offensive players can not go into to shoot, however defensemen can go into the crease. On each side of the field there are two lines that you can't walk past if you are a midfielder or an attackmen until the faceoff is over and one team has possession.
