What are bronze silver and gold swimming challenge awards by frosties?

The Bronze Challenge involves:
Jump in, swim 10m with surface dive and swim 5m underwater
Tread water in a vertical position for 3 mins
Skull head first for 15m, with feet near the surface of the water
Swim 400m using two different strokes, at least 100m of each stroke.
Exit deep water without assistance.
Each element must be completed on two separate occasions.
Expect to have details of the Silver award in two weeks time!
After this is silver, where you have to swim a bit more and do one-armed treading water.
And then gold is swimming 40 lengths in 25 mins. Sounds easy doesn't it... well here's the catch; you can't do front crawl more than 10 times! and for each siliver and gold you have to show your aquatic skills.
And when you complete gold you will have to do "honours" and when good enough you will be chosen to swim in regional competitions and represent you club. Hope this improved answer helped! =)
