Gymnastics is a sport that should always keep you happy, upbeat, and hungry for more. It is challenging, but also extremely fun. But, if you are one of those people that just isn't liking it anymore, maybe it's time to call it quits. Quitting isn't something I'm telling you is necessary, maybe your just going through a rough patch. But if you are genuinely not into anymore, maybe it's time to go. Also, some people push themselves too hard. If you love the sport sooo much, and have been doing it for a long time, that is fantastic. But when your body screams no, it means no. Yes, there are injuries you can work through, but pushing yourself through brutal injuries can mean long term damage, and injuries that won't go away. So even if you love the sport, and it's your life, you also have to know when to let it go.
no she didn't but she might
Allie used to do gymnastics but she had to quit along with cheerleading because she was missing them because of filming
I think that if you want to go back you should!! You would probably start in level four and by the time high school is out you could be a level seven which is optional gymnastics :)
Why not both!? Dance will help you with gymnastics, and gymnastics will help you with dance! Gymnastics is more of a mental sport, and if you decide to quit once you move up levels and it gets too hard, you can always do dance! Trust me, if you want to do gymnastics, at the minimum take a few ballet classes. They will help you gain flexibility, pointed toes and straight knees as well as your artistry in gymnastics. If you have enough money, I advise you to take dance and gymnastics.
because she had back problems and her doctor said if she does gymnastics again she won't be able to walk.
Gymnastics will help to build strength and learn tumbling movements that can be used in diving. If she wants to be a good diver, gymnastics really helps with tight form, trust me, I know! :p
Well I think many people were inspired by Carly Patersons victory and I know she has many fans all over...did you know she quit gymnastics to become a singer??
It is possible and no one should ever think about killing themselves because of gymnastics. If you hate it that much than just quit.
Some conflicts are the time that it takes. Gymnastics takes different amounts of time out of your day, but if you are in level 5 or higher, you can count on conflicts between school and gymnastics. It also takes a considerable amount of money to pay for gymnastics practices. If you love it, though, it is worth the money!
long time ago
Allie DiMeco was a cheerleader for her school Holy Cross High School but she had to quit along with gymnastics because she was really busy with filming
You play gymnastics with your body strength. I researched it! Just in case you need to know. I needed to know for a report one time.
