The best thing you could do is shop around on eBay. Put in a search for the team ball you are looking for and save it. Keep in your mind that you get waht you pay for. Signatures that are not authenticated will sell at about half the price as signature that are. If you see the price is too low it could mean that the signature are not authentic. This is why collectors pay more money to a trusted dealer. Be careful.
It depends on what team and who is on that team.

Justin Upton is rumored to have been signed to the Braves baseball team. After years of trade talk he has finally been signed to the team of course this is only a rumor.
Athletics team signed baseballTo find the value of a Athletics team signed baseball you would have to first see if the signatures can be attributed to a single year. If the signatures are of players from different years then the baseball could have a lower value. To quicken your search find the player that played the least amount of time for the team.
The minimum number of signatures to be considered to be a team signed baseball would most likely vary from collector to collector. For the most part 15, 17, 21, 25 or more. I have heard of collectors considering 12-15 signatures to be sufficient. A baseball with 9 signatures or less might put it below the borderline, and ten it would be considered a "team" multi signed baseball. If the baseball has most of the key signatures it could pass as a "team signed" with a lower value. The more signatures and key signatures, the more valuable.
