∙ 9y agoThe sidearm (also known as forehand) is a flying disc throwing technique. Placing your two fingers under the disc and against the rim with your thumb on top. The release looks similar to a baseball sidearm throw. The distance record for the sidearm is 552 feet, Boulder, Colorado, 1978. Ken Westerfield using a 119-gram World Class Model Frisbee.
