I wouldn't recommend working out before a tennis practice, because then you would be too tired to create your proper form for the practice.
If anything, you should work out after tennis practice, because working out before could tire out your crucial tennis muscles.

You should think about writing a practice test at least a few weeks before the actual ACT. You need to give yourself time to study, take the practice test, get graded and review your corrected answers. This will give you time to work and study those areas you did not do as well on during the practice test, and try to improve any areas that you could have scored better in.
You need to find a very good coach, and work at your game on a daily basis. The reason you need a coach is that tennis technique is not intuitive. You won't be able to figure out the best way to hit the strokes without a coach. And in tennis, technique is everything.
Evert tennis academy is for those who really love tennis. There is not as m uch people as bolletierri but there is just as many coaches. I know this because I go there- full time. I have been to bolletierri and thought about going there full time because of the many pro players that went there, you get more practice and work out at evert.

What's better preparation, lessons or joining a league?Ideally, you need to do both. No matter how many lessons you take, and no matter how smooth and stylish your strokes become, you must practice using those strokes under pressure. Tennis can be an intense, emotionally taxing game. What works in practice might not work as well when you're facing a match point. League play is a great way to improve your skills under pressure. You also should read some of TENNIS magazine's Mind Game columns, which give advice on all manner of mental struggles the game entails.
