This is kind of a vague questions but I will try to answer as much as I can think of. # Always salute the judge before and after a routine # On the floor, don't step out of bounds (outside the white tape) # Don't add or take away any skills from your routine or the judges will deduct points # Always point toes # Unless you are doing a tucked position, your legs should always be straight # You can never pick a wedgie during competition # You cannot wear jewelry other than small stud earrings # You cannot wear fingernail polish # You cannot mess with your hair or do anything else that may be distracting # You cannot take any extra steps after landing a dismount off of the vault, bars or beam # The coach cannot touch the gymnast during competition # The coach cannot talk to the gymnast during competition # The gymnast cannot talk to anyone during competition
