Chess you are inclined to move which piece first?
You are not inclined to move any specific peice on any move. But, on the first move, there are peices that you can't move. This is because some peices are blocked in by other peices. All pawns and knights can move on the first move.
How do you know when to make the first move?
if you want to make the first move, make it. steal a kiss, or hug. Dont let the other person make it before you do.

If the king is not currently in check and has nowhere to move without being in check, it is stalemate, which is a draw. However if any other piece of his can make a move (i.e a pawn), then it is not stalemate, and you are forced to move whatever piece can be moved.

Can I always choose which pawn to move?
When playing chess, you can move any piece you chose - within the rules. Obviously, any piece you move has to be able to make a legal move. Also, if you are in check, your next move must bring you out of check. This means your choice of next moves and which pieces to move is severly restricted. You can also never move a piece in such a way that it puts your king in check.

Most guys DO want you to make the first move, so you could take your chances and just make the first move. There isn't anything wrong with that.

A King in Chess may take any other piece except another King. The reason is that in order for a king to take another king, the first king would have to move adjacent to the other king, which is an illegal move.

I WOULD ADVISE YOU NOT TO MAKE THE FIRST MOVE UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE IF THE GUY LIKES YOU OR NOT. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW IF HE DOES, THEN WAIT, HE WILL MAKE THE FIRST MOVE IF HE LIKES YOU.
