  1. The ball cannot be raised above waist height within 5 metres of another player or it is dangerous play.
  2. The ball cannot touch your body (including feet and shin-pads) in a way that it gives your team an advantage. (Goal Keepers exempt)
  3. All opposition must be 5 metres away when a free hit is being taken.
  4. Goals can only be shot from inside the circle. In a Penalty Corner, the first goal shot cannot be higher than the backboard or else the goal is not counted.
