Rules vary from state to state. Some states like allow tosses, some only allow basic stunts and some schools are ground bound, meaning they can't stunt at all. Check with your local school board

∙ 14y agoBasket tosses are legal in high school, all though a while in the air, the top girl can only do moves where the head stays above waste level. Ex. toe touch basket, pike, pretty girl, ect.
