Lacrosse rebounders can vary in the ability of rebounding your ball.I myself have an easy wall but i believe the brine is the best rebound out there in the market. A rebound can take the place of a wall when there isn't one close to your home, so if that is the case, and you want to get better, I would suggest getting one.

A rebounder will help much more with your stick skills, so I would recommend a rebounder.
The Needak Rebounder has a nice carry bag. It also has better springs than the other trampolines on the market. And it appears to be a very good value.
I like lacrosse
These are going to be available at sporting goods shops. Places like Dick's sporting and the Sports Authority are going to have this type of equipment.
Some good exercise to do on a rebounder is to run in place, jump rope, jump, kickboxing, jumping jacks, and ab workouts. You can even do these exercises with intervals, alternating between a slow and fast pace. http://www.running-mom.com/rebounder-exercises.html
You can basically get it at any sports store..... but if that doesn't work try comlax.com or lacrosse unlimited.com good luck :)
not tht ive heard of
If you have other friends that play lacrosse, you can pass with them. Try and find a big open area of grass. That would work the best to play on. You can also pass against a wall; it acts like a rebounder. Try and use both your right and left hand, as that is a major plus in lacrosse. If you can buy or have access to a goal, shoot on that. There are targets made to go over the lacrosse goal with holes in them to improve your aim if you'd like to buy one of those.
there alright not that great but somtimes they do make it in.... sum times
someone who rebounds
no maryland sux at lacrosse
I think it is a good lacrosse company for clothing not for buying equipment. I think the best lacrosse company would probably be STX.
