If you have other friends that play Lacrosse, you can pass with them. Try and find a big open area of grass. That would work the best to play on. You can also pass against a wall; it acts like a rebounder. Try and use both your right and left hand, as that is a major plus in lacrosse. If you can buy or have access to a goal, shoot on that. There are targets made to go over the lacrosse goal with holes in them to improve your aim if you'd like to buy one of those.
