...............................Nooooo!
NOOOO WAY DUDE 700 minutes 1 MILE???? MY 3 YEAR OLD SISTER GOOD DO BETTER THEN THAT!!!!!!
yes
Eamonn Caughlin broke a 4 minute mile after age 40.
yes.
An 8 minute mile is very good for a 7 year old. My son ran around an 8 minute mile in 5th grade when he was 11 years old and he was second in the school. So an 8 minute mile is good for a seven year old.
40 minutes would be a pretty good time for that age group, a 10 minute mile is very common, and to sustain it for 40 minutes is pretty good.
It should be between 7-9 minutes. If you're good, than around 6:30 I got a 3 minute mile time since I am so good at running and practice everyday!!!!
I don't know. My son ran a 2 minute quarter mile today. This was his first attempt at the quarter mile.
Eamonn Coghlan was the first man over 40 to run a 4 minute mile - he was 41 at the time. That was back in 1994 - I don't think any other 40-year old has managed a 4 minute mile since.
It depends how fast your 1 mile time is, if you're running 6 minute miles i would say, anything under 9 minutes
depends on how good you want to be. To qualify for States a ten minute two mile is really good, but an average would be about fifteen minutes.
non
the average is 10 minutes so yes but keep working hard
as a frosh soph mile, track runner, my best time was 6:05.
