Yes.
soccer in an american term means football to the english.its the same thing.
English football in America is called Soccer or American football in England is like rugby =)
I think soccer is exciting because in soccer you don't have to be Stronger like you have to be in American football.
The Brazilian Ronoldhino learnt to play soccer like most Brazilian kids with a ball rapped around a small ball. as they are all poor in Brazil and have plenty of time to play on the beach.
Actually they play American football and soccer just like the rest of usa
You can wear soccer cleats to play american football but it is less than ideal. Soccer cleats do not have a stud on the toe of the cleat like football cleats do. This make it much easier to run, cut and dig into the grass. Most football cleats are also higher and more supportive than soccer cleats. Although if you are a field goal kicker/ punter or kicker in American Football - they all wear soccer cleats. Basically you CAN wear soccer cleats to play American football but you CAN NOT wear American Football cleats to play Soccer.
we play most of the sports like soccer, basketball, tennis, and Football(american)
Brazilian's like soccer.
If by football you mean soccer, then football would be more liked. If by Football you mean American Football, then Football would still be more liked. It's all a matter of personal opinion. Some people may like football more (regardless if it is proper football (soccer) or American football (as in the NFL)), while others, still, may enjoy rugby more.
No. In hockey, you can substitute without a stoppage in play. In football (american soccer) you need to wait for play to stop.
Tibet people really like soccer and football.
American football has nothing to do with soccer. American football is just a plain copy of Rugby only thing football uses protection and rugby doesn'tANSWER:Well, it's sort of like rugby with forward passes and much harder hits (hence the padding). The game was originally much more kicking-oriented and was something like full-contact soccer. In the 1870s, the rules were standardized, based on the English rugby code, but over the next 40 years it took on its own flavor. The line of scrimmage replaced the scrum, a down-and-distance system was developed, and eventually the forward pass was legalized. Those are all things unique to American football (although rugby league now uses something similar to a system of downs). It's not anything like soccer, but it's definitely a cousin of rugby.
